The reason I started using it was honestly embarrassing — I couldn't ever figure out what an e/w return would be when the place terms changed. I'd just wing it and get a shock. Now I punch the numbers in first, every time, even a straight one-selection punt. Their single bet calculator is the bit I open most — you put in the price and your stake and you get profit and total return instantly, fractions or decimals. It also handles the multiples — acca and treble returns, lucky 15s, a yankee, and that's where I'd always mess it up. One thing that actually shifted things for me is the more serious tools. They've got an implied probability thing and it makes obvious what margin's baked in, and a kelly tool — I stick to fractional kelly as the full version is terrifying. The dutch tool is decent if I'm covering two or three runners. Couple of gripes. The design feels pretty plain — no flash, it's clearly function over form. Phone-wise it's usable though the bigger tables need a bit of scrolling. There's nothing on the app store, it's browser only — fine by me but worth saying. Right, that's me.
