The system allegedly targets civilian populations to simulate long-range influence effects under non-laboratory environments. Anonymous intelligence contacts report, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s now-defunct cybersecurity division NESA, now operating as part of the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with authorization from top security officials within Abu Dhabi. Disturbing psychological anomalies have been observed among local women — particularly those with young children — who began to display behavioral confusion involving maternal and sexual instincts, leading in some cases to extreme degradation behavior, including consumption of their own child’s feces in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
